KYN28-12 Ac Metal Armouring Removable Switchgear
The KYN28-12 switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring electrical circuits. This newly developed switchgear features high current capacity and high breaking capability, and can also be used as a high-voltage generator outlet.

1. Structural Features
The KYN28-12 switchgear consists of two main parts: the cabinet and a removable unit (handcart). The cabinet is assembled using rivet nuts and high-strength threaded connectors, and is divided into four separate compartments by metal partitions: handcart compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment, and instrumentation compartment.

The equipment complies with multiple national and international standards, including GB3906, GB/T 11022, DL/T 404, DL/T 593, IEC298, IEC694, and DIN VDE0670. It features advanced technology, comprehensive anti-misoperation measures, and ensures safe and reliable operation.

The KYN28-12 switchgear is suitable for environments with the following conditions:

4. Protection Level
The enclosure offers IP4X protection, effectively preventing the ingress of solid foreign objects.
5.Handcart Configuration
The switchgear can be equipped with various types of handcarts, including voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, and isolation handcarts. These handcarts are reliably interchangeable.
6.Installation and Maintenance
The cabinet can be wall-mounted and accessed from the front for maintenance, minimizing floor space requirements. Heaters can be installed in the breaker and cable compartments to prevent condensation and corrosion. The cable compartment provides ample space for connecting multiple cables.
7. Circuit Breaker Options
The main switch can be fitted with a VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, or with various domestic models such as VD4, VH1, VK, VJD, as well as international brands like ABB's VD4-24. These circuit breakers are characterized by long service life, high performance, compact size, and low maintenance.
