Utilizes high permeability, low loss quality Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) silicon steel and advanced step-lap core construction to minimize no load and load losses, ensuring operational efficiency of over 98%. Optimized core flux density, step lap stacking, and built in damping mechanisms effectively suppress core magnetostriction and winding vibration. Totally dry type design, requiring no flammable insulating oil, fundamentally eliminating the risk of fire and explosion. Windings are consolidated using Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI), creating a solid, monolithic structure that is resistant to moisture, dust, and corrosion, ensuring long term stability in harsh environments.

 

Strong Overload Capacity

Built with Class F or H insulation systems, it possesses robust short term overload capability. At an ambient temperature of 40°C, it can operate with a 20% overload for 2 hours, providing a valuable emergency buffer for your power supply system.

 

Eco Friendly & Low Maintenance

Requires no insulating oil, eliminating the risk of soil and water contamination from oil leaks. Furthermore, the absence of oil that needs periodic replacement or complex oil handling means daily maintenance is straightforward only basic cleaning and inspections are needed greatly reducing maintenance costs.

 

Smart Monitoring Interface (Optional)

Can be equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that monitors winding temperature in real-time, providing over-temperature alarms and trip protection. It also supports remote communication interfaces for easy integration into building or factory smart management systems, enabling predictive maintenance.
