The structural layout is optimized, reducing the floor area by 12% for the same capacity (reference dimensions: 3.5m × 2.3m × 3.0m in length, width, and height). This makes it suitable for the renovation of old substations or for industrial and commercial projects with limited space.
Long-term oil maintenance
Utilizing vacuum oil injection combined with molecular sieve filtration technology, the initial oil pressure withstand strength reaches 45kV/2.5mm (national standard: 35kV). With regular oil chromatographic testing (recommended interval: every 3 years), the oil replacement cycle is significantly extended.
Adapt to harsh environments
The oil tank is coated with an anti-corrosion layer (passes 1,000-hour salt spray test per GB/T 10125 standard). It operates reliably across a wide temperature range: -25°C (with 25# oil) to +45°C at full load. Protection level is IP54, providing resistance to dust and splashing water (per GB/T 4208 standard).
