Energy Saving
In compliance with the latest national energy efficiency standards (GB20052-2020), the no-load loss is reduced by more than 20% compared with the previous model. This results in significant energy savings during long-term operation, making it ideal for 24-hour uninterrupted power usage scenarios.

Fully Sealed and Leak-Proof Design
The oil tank is welded with corrugated steel plates, allowing for elastic expansion to accommodate temperature changes. It undergoes rigorous sealing tests (no leakage for 24 hours) to eliminate the risk of oil leakage and reduce maintenance frequency.

Short-Circuit Resistant and Highly Durable
The core and windings are reinforced with a double-layer structure and have passed the national standard short-circuit test-withstanding a sudden short-circuit current of 25kA without damage. This makes it suitable for industrial environments with significant power grid fluctuations.

Low Noise, Suitable for Urban Areas
With an optimized magnetic circuit design, the operating noise is ≤ 55 decibels (compared to about 65 decibels for conventional transformers). This ensures quiet operation, even during peak power usage at night, making it suitable for substations near residential areas.

Resistant to Extreme Temperatures
The transformer can start normally in extremely cold environments at -40°C (using low-temperature oil), and operate continuously at full load in temperatures up to +45°C. It also functions reliably in sandy, windy, or humid conditions.
