Ultra-Low Loss Design

Featuring Z11 0.23 mm laser-scribed grain-oriented silicon steel, it achieves 27% lower no-load loss compared to IEC 60076-20 Tier 3, with load loss ≤145 kW at 75 °C (EN 50464-1 compliant). Meets global energy efficiency benchmarks, including China GB 20052-2020 Tier 1 requirements.

Directional Eddy Current Heat Dissipation System

A patented double-helix oil channel and multi-directional fin radiator, combined with an intelligent temperature control system (accuracy ±0.5 °C), enable the following:

At 45 °C ambient temperature, the top oil temperature rise is ≤48 K (verified per IEC 60076-7 thermal cycle).
The hot-spot temperature gradient difference is <15 K (verified by fiber optic temperature measurement).

Reinforced Design for Earthquake and Deformation Resistance

Certified to IEC 60076-5 Zone 2 seismic standard (0.28 g PGA), and equipped with:

A three-dimensional elastic pressing system (axial pre-tightening force: 2.8 MPa)
Short-circuit withstand capacity of 150 kA/1 s (up to 210 kA with a hysteresis current limiter)
Oil tank explosion-proof coefficient ≥2.3 (tested per ISO 8820 mechanical strength standards)

Triple-Layer Defense System
